If you'd like to participate in the Memorial Day Murph workout there will be coaches avialble to help scale the workout to you level and make sure everyone stays safe. You don't have to work out regularly to participate, this is a fun and community centered way to remember our heroes and help others.
You don't have to participate in the workout if you don't want to! You can still get a shirt by registering. We look forward to seeing you at this great event!
